multiple vendors. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the highest quality

standards for products listed on our app. In the event that you are not satisfied with a chemical

purchased from one of our vendors, this return policy outlines the procedures and guidelines to

be followed for returns and refunds.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Eligible Items

Products purchased from INStock app vendors are eligible for return

within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions

stated in this policy.

2.2 Ineligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

- products that have been tampered with, altered, or damaged after delivery.

- products with expired shelf life or expiration date.

- Custom-made or personalised chemicals.

- products labelled as hazardous or restricted for return by applicable laws and

regulations.

3. Return Process

- Contact INStock customer support within 15 days from the date of delivery.

- Provide the order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for return.

including any necessary return authorization (RA) number or documentation.

3.3 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the

return is due to an error on the part of the vendor or INStock. It is recommended to use a

shipping method that provides tracking and insurance for the returned item.

3.4 Return Packaging and Condition

The returned products must be securely packaged to prevent leakage, spills, or damage during

transit. It should be in its original packaging, including any seals, labels, or safety caps that were

intact upon delivery.

Upon receiving the returned chemical, the vendor or INStock will inspect its condition and

compliance with the return policy. This may include checking for signs of tampering, damage, or

expiration.

4.2 Refund Process

If the returned chemical meets the return policy requirements, a refund will be processed within

a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for

the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Some vendors on the INStock app may have their own specific return policies. In such cases,

the vendor's policy will prevail for the items purchased from that vendor. Please refer to the
